By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

2. The Services

Resionic Labs publishes written guides and software applications. Content is provided for general information. It is research and analysis, not professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified electrician, contractor, physician, accountant, or lawyer.

3. Purchases through third parties

Where the Services link to a third-party retailer, any purchase is a contract between you and that retailer. 4. Applications

Applications published by Resionic Labs are licensed to you, not sold. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute them except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

Where an application handles health, medication, or safety information, it is an organisational aid only. It must not be relied on as a medical device, a clinical record, or an emergency alerting system. Always follow the instructions of a qualified professional.

We take reasonable care to be accurate and we correct errors when they are reported. Product specifications, prices, and availability change without notice and are the responsibility of the retailer or manufacturer. Always confirm dimensions, electrical requirements, and safety certifications with the manufacturer before purchasing or installing anything.

Do not use the Services unlawfully, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to them, and do not scrape, republish, or resell content without written permission.

All content on this site is owned by Resionic Labs unless stated otherwise. Quotations of manufacturer material remain the property of their owners and are used with attribution.

To that same extent, Resionic Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from use of the Services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
