This policy covers resionic.com and any Resionic Labs application that links to this page.

The short version

We collect as little as possible. We do not sell personal information. Our applications are designed so that data which does not need to leave your device does not leave your device.

1. What the website collects

Analytics. Aggregate, non-identifying usage measurement: pages viewed, referring source, approximate country, device type. We do not build advertising profiles.

Affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link, the destination retailer sets its own cookies and receives the click. That processing is governed by the retailer’s privacy policy, not ours. As an Amazon Associate we may earn from qualifying purchases.

Contact. If you write to us, we keep your message and address for as long as it takes to answer, and for our records.

2. What the applications collect

Each application states its own data handling in its store listing and in its settings, and the rules below apply to all of them:

• Data required only for a local feature is stored only on your device.
• Where an application syncs between people you choose (for example, a family member you invite), only the data required for that feature is transmitted, and it is transmitted over an encrypted connection.
• Health and medication information is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with a third party except where you explicitly direct it to a person you invite, or where the law requires it.
• Deleting your account deletes the associated synced data.

3. Children

The Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

4. Legal bases and your rights

Where the GDPR or a comparable law applies, our bases are legitimate interest (aggregate analytics, security), contract (delivering a feature you asked for), and consent where required. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to processing. Write to us and we will respond.

5. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, and then delete it. Aggregate analytics that cannot identify you may be kept longer.

6. Processors

We use third parties for hosting, analytics, and (where an application syncs) storage. They process data on our instructions. We do not permit them to use it for their own purposes.

7. International transfers

Our infrastructure may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.
