Best office chair for lower back pain under $300
Lower back pain at this price is almost never solved by more cushioning — it is solved by getting the lumbar support to sit in the right place. That needs two things: lumbar support that adjusts in height as well as depth, and a seat pan shallow enough that your back actually reaches it. A long seat pan with a deep, fixed lumbar pad pushes you forward, which is the opposite of what you want.
